I have worn many different hats in my life. Among them..,. a gymnastics studio owner, a massage therapist, and even a nurse in the Army. In this season of my life, I am a Pro athlete, nutrition coach, posing coach, bodybuilding judge, competitor, and natural bodybuilding advocate.
I entered my first competitive natural bodybuilding show in 2010 and was instantly hooked. Since then I have earned Pro status in several different natural leagues, while competing in many different divisions. A decade later.... lower cholesterol, more muscle, and a much healthier lifestyle, my passion for the sport of natural bodybuilding has grown from a hobby to a livelihood. I am thankful to God everyday for the opportunities, health, and desire to support this crazy sport!
